Peninsula: Festive Case Study
The luxury hotel landscape is getting increasingly competitive, especially during the holiday season. We needed to find a core idea, executed across all 10 properties, to make The Peninsula stand out while driving traffic and revenue, as well as maximizing brand awareness.
Refreshed The Peninsula's annual Holiday campaign while also implementing their CSR initiative, extending the conversation beyond just staying at a hotel by inviting guests to "share the gift of Peninsula" this holiday season. Through illustrations and festive experiences each of the 10 Peninsula properties came to life in its own unique way; both online and off.
Dining reservations through the website went up by 29%
Traffic to the site went up by 24%.
150,000 dollars were raised for Make-A-Wish Foundation.
